Israel Moskowitz

Israel (Izzy) Moskowitz 72, was born in Jerusalem to a mother of Syrian descent and a father of Polish descent .The family immigrated to the United States in 1960.Izzy attended New Utrecht H.S.in Brooklyn where he received recognition for his talent and creativity in Mixed Media.Izzy followed his dream of Art Education in Israel at the Bezalel School of Art in Jerusalem.

He continued his studies in the US at B'klyn College and Montgomery College in MD.His unique outlook on life and multi- cultural background is reflected in his art and enables him to express himself in a myriad of motifs from Acrylic Multi Media to Abstract which demonstrates a deep sense of color ,form, composition, emotions and passion.
